Student Success Coaching
Student Success Coaches empower each student through a voluntary coaching relationship to create short term, solution-focused action plans that concentrate on the student building a set of tools which create a foundation for success in college and ultimately in life. This personalized, holistic approach allows coaches to be allies for students as they transition to college, access support and navigate academic opportunities at Quincy College in an effort to reach their personal and educational goals. Student Success Coaches provide a linkage between students and Quincy College’s curricular and co-curricular education and connect students to resources in the community that will bolster their success.
Any registered student can benefit from success coaching! If you feel there is something preventing you from achieving academic success, a Student Success Coach can assist. Success coaching is a great resource for modifying existing behaviors as well as dealing with day to day pressures that feel overwhelming and are making you feel alone in making difficult life decisions. A Student Success Coach can help craft immediate or long term strategies to meet your specific needs, situations and goals. Stop by to make an appointment on your campus today.
