This is a college wide, family friendly event. So join us on in our pursuit of a healthier lifestyle with a walk/run “through our history and the beauty of Quincy’s open spaces.”

Quincy College is a proud sponsor of the 4th Annual City of Presidents 5K on Sunday, September 24th at 10:00am beginning in Merrymount Park. Quincy College has sponsored this event since its inception.

The event succeeds two longtime races in Quincy, The U.S. Marshall William F. Degan Memorial Road Race and the Officer Jamie Cochrane Memorial Road Race. The City of Quincy and the Quincy Public Schools present this event to promote health & wellness for residents with proceeds benefiting programs for Quincy Public Schools.

This year’s race will be in memory of Emily Zarnoch, a beloved teacher of Central Middle School, an avid runner, and overall incredible person.
