Carla M.
Quincy College Alumna Carla is an exemplary professional who struggled with anxiety at the start of her college journey. With the encouragement of her fiancé, she used her anxiety as a motivation to study mental health, majoring in Human Services at Quincy College. In four years, Carla earned her Associates in Social Work and Substance Abuse Certificate at Quincy College and pursued her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Social Work. Carla also founded the Cape Verdean Social Workers Association.
