QUINCY – Quincy College will host a free FAFSA (Free Application for Student Aid) Assistance for Students and Families workshop, Saturday, Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the college’s Quincy campus, 1250 Hancock St., room 411, Quincy.

The college will also host the workshop Saturday, Oct. 21 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at its Plymouth campus, Krovitz Library, 36 Cordage Park Circle, Plymouth. The event is open to the public.

The FAFSA is the federally required form for all students seeking federal financial aid for higher education. Students attending college during the 2018-2019 academic year must complete the 2018-2019 FAFSA, if they are interested in receiving federal and state financial aid.

Quincy College is offering free assistance for students and families seeking to complete the FAFSA for financial aid during the 2018-2019 academic year. FAFSA Day Massachusetts is a non-profit, volunteer driven effort providing free assistance to students and families seeking to complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). FAFSA Day at Quincy College is offered as part of FAFSA Day Massachusetts.

Quincy College will provide:
– Free assistance completing the FAFSA.
– Access to experienced financial aid administrators and FAFSA experts to answer questions.
– Guidance on the financial aid process and next steps after filing the FAFSA.
