Community Development Block Grant
Earn a College Certificate for Free
Our mission at Quincy College is to make higher education an accessible, affordable opportunity for all learners. And thanks to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, we can drive that mission even further, helping our students build brighter futures.
The CDBG program is a federally funded initiative that allows qualified students to enroll in one of Quincy College’s pre-approved certificate or non-credit programs at zero cost.
