The Quincy College Co-ed Soccer program offers men and women the chance to play recreationally with fellow students in a fun yet competitive environment.
Meet the Coach
Jason Tassinari brings extensive head coaching and recruiting experience to the Quincy College Men’s Soccer Program. His unparalleled record of character and success ranges from the college level, to club, ODP and the high school levels.
Tassinari’s success is not just limited to the field. His player’s graduation and retention rates have consistently been impeccable.
His coaching journey began in 1992 with the Plymouth and Carver Youth Soccer programs, as well as the Plymouth Vipers Soccer Club. Since then, he’s coached at 6 colleges, 5 high schools, and has been named Coach Of The Year 6 times. He began working in Sports Facility Management immediately after graduating from Bridgewater State in 1994. He first worked as a manager and referee at the Bridgewater Dome/John Smith Sports Center before working full time for 20 years in his hometown as an Assistant Manager, Athletic Director, General Manager and Referee Coordinator at the “Plymouth Sports Dome”/”JunglePlex”.
The Plymouth native played soccer, basketball and tennis at Plymouth North High School and continued his soccer playing career at Bridgewater State. At BSU, he was a starter, captain, and conference all-star. His college coaching career began when he became an assistant coach with the men’s program at his alma mater Bridgewater State in 1995.
