Overview

The Quincy College Health & Fitness Center provides fitness programs and research studies for adults within the South Shore area. The major purpose of our fitness programs is to reverse the key problem associated with the aging process by remodeling muscle, recharging metabolism, reducing fat, and regaining functional abilities.

Our state-of-the-art facility features new Nautilus machines, new cardio equipment, and excellent instruction/supervision by qualified fitness professionals. In addition, all participants may receive regular body composition and blood pressure assessments in our fitness testing office.

Our programs typically involved 30 minutes of strength training, 20 minutes of aerobic activity, and 5 minutes of stretching exercise. Our state-of-the-art facility features Nautilus resistance machines, cardio equipment, stretching, balance apparatus, and functional training, plus excellent instruction/supervision by qualified fitness professionals. Participants may also receive blood pressure assessments.
