I: Overview
This policy establishes the criteria for earning a certificate at Quincy College.
II. Certificate Requirements
- Academic Credit:
- Complete the required number of semester hours, with at least half earned at Quincy College, including the final semester.
- Academic Performance:
- Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Curriculum:
- Fulfill all specific course requirements for the chosen certificate program.
- Administrative Requirements:
- Maintain a satisfactory record of college citizenship.
- Settle all financial obligations to the college.
- Participate in College-wide or program-specific assessment activities.
- Complete an exit interview if receiving financial aid.
III. Policy Enforcement
- The Registrar’s Office will verify the completion of all requirements and is authorized to issue certificates to qualifying students.
IV. Amendments
- These policies are subject to review and modification as needed to align with educational standards and institutional goals.
