Faculty Focus: 5 Tips

Quincy College's faculty experts Dr. Wayne Westcott and Rita La Rosa Loud provide tips on how you can successfully remain committed to your fitness goals.

The Quincy College Health & Fitness Center provides fitness programs and research studies for adults within the South Shore area. The major purpose of our fitness programs is to reverse the key problem associated with the aging process by remodeling muscle, recharging metabolism, reducing fat, and regaining functional abilities.

Our state-of-the-art facility features new Nautilus machines, new cardio equipment, and excellent instruction/supervision by qualified fitness professionals. In addition, all participants may receive regular body composition and blood pressure assessments in our fitness testing office.
