Health & Fitness Center
The Health & Fitness Center provides fitness programs and research studies for adults within the South Shore area. The major purpose of our fitness programs
is to reverse the key problem associated with the aging process by remodeling muscle, recharging metabolism, reducing fat, and regaining functional abilities.
Our programs typically involve approximately 30 minutes of strength training, 20 minutes of aerobic activity, and five minutes of stretching exercise. Our
state-of-the-art facility features new Nautilus machines, new cardio equipment, and excellent instruction/supervision by qualified fitness professionals. In
addition, all participants may receive regular body composition and blood pressure assessments in our fitness testing office.
Semi-Annual Schedule — Cost $250/January 1st – June 30th or July 1st – December 31st
Quincy College Student — Cost $50/January 1st – June 30th or July 1st – December 31st
Annual Membership — Cost is $475/July 1st – June 30th

Monday – Thursday: 6:30AM – 12:30PM & 1:00PM – 8:00PM
Fridays: 6:30AM – 12:30PM
Saturdays: 8:00AM – 1:00PM

Courses/programs listed with “NC” are non-credit courses/programs.
Health & Fitness Center
The Health & Fitness Center provides fitness research classes for adults. The purpose of these programs is to reverse the key problems of the aging process by remodeling muscle, recharging metabolism, reducing fat and regaining physical fitness. Each class involves approximately 30 minutes of strength training, 20 minutes of aerobic activity and five minutes of stretching exercise. All exercise classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art fitness facility on new Nautilus equipment, with two instructors leading classes of 6 to 10 people. All participants receive regular body composition and blood pressure assessments in our fitness testing office.
EXN 101 sections meet two times a week. Classes may be taken individually or for those starting late. All classes are held on the lower level of Presidents Place, 1250 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02169.
