ACE Certified Personal Trainer at the Health & Fitness Center at Quincy College and graduate of Quincy College’s Exercise Science Program for Personal Trainers, Amy Russell will present a Full Body: Body Weight Workshop. Amy’s workshop will focus on building an exercise program solely using just YOU!
