Stretching Morning, Noon, and Night Workshop

Quincy College Fitness Research Instructors, Sammi Vallier and Pam Hurley are teaming up to present Stretching Morning, Noon, and Night, a one-hour workshop emphasizing the importance of daily stretching to improve flexibility, performance, and recovery. During this stretching program, you will learn to do specific stretches prior to waking up in the morning, throughout the day, and before falling asleep at night. Sammi, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, is studying for her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Health Science at UMass Boston. Pam personally trains and conducts group exercise classes for older adults at two senior assisted/independent living facilities in Milton, Winter Valley and Unquity House. Their focus is on teaching proper form and training methods to maximize the benefits of stretching exercises and strength training.
