QC Health & Fitness Center, Presidents Place Lower Level
ACE Certified Personal Trainer/Health Coach and Quincy College Fitness Research Instructor Donna Plouffe will present a Functional Fitness Ball Workshop. This one-hour program begins with a warm-up and ends with light stretching. Participants will have a chance to practice the movements using small and medium non-weighted balls, following the demonstration. Exercises are varied and may be performed seated, standing, and/or with a partner. Please join Donna and have a ball in this fun Functional Fitness Ball activity session where you will learn basic techniques and exercises that can increase strength, flexibility, and coordination aimed at improving one’s Activities of Daily Living!
